Personally, I’ve always felt that having goals as a mom allows me to stay focused on “big picture” items. Whether it’s for personal reasons, family or even financial reasons!

Tips & Tricks To Make Your Goals Work

#1 Take A Mental Note of What Some of Your Current Goals Are: Ask yourself if they are realistic during this season of life. For example, going to the gym every day may not work with school schedules, but going for a daily walk or lifting weights in your bedroom may work better.

#2 Get Your Spouse On Board: Ask your spouse to keep you on track for goal setting. Try to set goals together and apart to create unity together. It can be a fun date night activity to check in on your goals every once in a while.

#3 Put Your List in A Prominent Place: Put your list of goals in an area that you will allow you to see them daily. Hang them on your fridge, on your bathroom mirror or in your closet where you get ready for the day. Seeing your goals regularly helps keep you motivated
